Our company manufactures consumable parts for semiconductor manufacturing, primarily for the front-end processes such as ion implantation, PVD, CVD, etching, and CMP, as well as modified parts. We also produce domes and holders for vapor deposition, as well as film-forming jigs for LCD manufacturing.
